Our story
Built for the Austin-metro market
AusTex Consulting was originally founded by Chet Fazand in 2012 to solve the problem every Central Texas contractor knows well: coordinating the movement of spoils dirt, rock, and aggregates, which is time-consuming, fragmented, and full of variables that can derail a project schedule.
Mr. Fazand stepped in to be the single point of contact that handles it all — from site assessment and material sourcing or onsite processing, to carrier coordination and final haul-off. Our team brings deep knowledge of the Austin metro's suppliers, disposal sites, and logistics networks so your crew can stay focused on the build.
Based in Liberty Hill, Texas, and supported by parent quarry, AusTex Aggregates, we serve contractors and developers across the greater Austin area. Whether you're moving spoils off a residential pad or coordinating aggregate import for a large commercial project, we have the relationships and experience to get it done right.
